EVERMORE CAPITAL INC. ANNOUNCES CLOSURE OF THE EVERMORE RETIREMENT ETFs
TORONTO, February 22, 2023 - Evermore Capital Inc. (“Evermore”) announced today that it will be terminating eight of its exchange traded funds (collectively, the "ETFs") effective at the close of business on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 (the "Termination Date"). Details of the ETFs are as follows:

No further subscription orders for units of the ETFs will be accepted after the close of business on Monday, April 10, 2023. The ETFs are expected to be de-listed from the NEO Exchange, at the request of the Manager, at the close of business on or about Monday, April 24, 2023, with all units still held by investors being subject to a mandatory redemption as of the Termination Date.
Any remaining unitholders of the Terminated ETFs as at the Termination Date will receive the net proceeds from the liquidation of the assets, less all liabilities and all expenses incurred in connection with the dissolution of the Terminated ETFs, on a pro rata basis.
Evermore will issue an additional press release on or about the Termination Date confirming final details of the terminations.
Unitholders are not required to take any action in connection with the termination of the ETFs.
